Headed by Mahmoud Abbas, Fatah fighters are celebrating their anniversary in Hevron.

I am just asking: Abbas is demanding Israel to return to the negotiation table, at which he refused negotiations so many times. Does Abbas really believe, a demonstration like this will be an attractive incentive to Israel?
